Information collected by Follower #

Follower uses your location data (latitude and longitude) to share it publicly over the social network Twitter. You can encode your location with several included encoders. Communication with Twitter is done in a secure, standard way by accessing its public API’s. Your Twitter password if you decide to access Twitter is not stored inside this application.

How information is used, stored, secured and disclosed in Follower #

Your location is used only after you accepting the location consent. Your location isn’t stored anywhere on the device itself. Your location can only be stored on the social network Twitter, if you choose to publish it. If you choose to publish this data, you can encode it with several included encoders. Your location will be disclosed on your Twitter profile if you choose to publish it. Other users will be able to see where you are and where you were.

Controls over the use and sharing of information #

If you do not want this application to use your location for sharing, you can disable its access to your phone location in the settings. (You will still be able to track other users) If you do not want to share your location, you may do that by not posting your location manually or automatically from inside the app. (All accessible in the settings)

How you may access your information #

All shared information will be visible on your Twitter profile where you may delete it.
